ABOUT ME

I am a thinker and philosopher first, a writer second, a friend third and a confidante fourth. â€‹

Born in Queens, raised in London, Educated in Scotland, settled in Brooklyn, I now ponder the human mind and its connection to the digital, informational age. 

 

I wrote this book having compiled 15 years worth of daily routine that eased the stress and anxiety caused by the systems within which society functions. 

 

Stress, in my view, is one of the greatest killers of the 21st century. it leads to depression, family break-ups, career meltdowns and other personal crises the likes of which simply aren't possible in a simpler, more structured system. 

 

I discovered that the best of my personal tasks, that I had automatically and uncounsciously started doing regularly, could fit a one-month schedule to a better life. 

 

That's what this book hopes to accomplish.
